نئے شہر میں داخلے کی دعااَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمٰوَاتِ السَّبْعِ وَمَا أَظْلَلْنَ ، وَرَبَّ الْأَرْضِيْنَ السَّبْعِ وَمَا أَقْلَلْنَ ، ورَبَّ الشَّيَاطِيْنِ وَمَا أَضْلَلْنَ ، ورَبَّ الرِّيَاحِ وَمَا ذَرَيْنَ ، أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ هٰذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ وَخَيْرَ أَهْلِهَا وَخَيْرَ مَا فِيْهَا ، وأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا وَشَرِّ أَهْلِهَا وَشَرِّ مَا فِيْهَا
Transliteration
Allāhumma rabbas-samāwātis-sab'i wa mā aẓlalna, wa rabbal-arḍīnas-sab'i wa mā aqlalna, wa rabbash-shayāṭīni wa mā aḍlalna, wa rabbar-riyāḥi wa mā dharayna, as'aluka khayra hādhihil-qaryati wa khayra ahlihā wa khayra mā fīhā, wa a'ūdhu bika min sharrihā wa sharri ahlihā wa sharri mā fīhā.
Translation
“O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and all they overshadow, Lord of the seven earths and all they carry, Lord of the devils and all they lead astray, Lord of the winds and all they blow away, I ask You for the good of this town, the good of its people, and the good it contains, and I seek Your refuge from its evil, the evil of its people, and the evil it contains.”
Urdu Translation
اے اللہ! ساتوں آسمانوں کے رب اور ان کے سائے میں آنے والی چیزوں کے رب، ساتوں زمینوں کے رب اور ان پر آباد مخلوق کے رب، شیاطين اور ان کے گمراہ کیے ہوئے لوگوں کے رب، ہواؤں اور ان کی اڑائی ہوئی چیزوں کے رب، میں تجھ سے اس بستی کی بھلائی، اس کے باسیوں کی بھلائی اور اس کی تمام چیزوں کی بھلائی مانگتا ہوں اور اس کے شر، اس کے باسیوں کے شر اور اس کی چیزوں کے شر سے تیری پناہ چاہتا ہو۔
